Within our group of companies, we strive to make your buying experience as trouble free as possible. Over the years we have made changes to the way we operate to try and achieve this.

To make your buying experience with us as smooth and risk free as possible, we have put together the Terms of Sale in this section. Delivery


Notes on Delivery
We normally hold stock of all items advertised on this web page. If for any reason items are not in stock, you will be informed of this and advised of when delivery can take place. If this is not satisfactory, you have the option of cancelling your order.

Note that we do not take any money from your credit card till the goods are ready for shipping.

Please note that all orders received after 1.30 PM are normally not shipped till the next working day.

For delivery in the UK we offer the following options.
We also assume this is for 1 to 3 items.

Returns & Exchanges


We hope you will be pleased with your order. For your peace of mind, we have laid out our detailed terms we shall follow upon any request for a refund / exchange due to the specific nature of these items. If you do not agree by them, please do not buy from us, as we don't wish to upset you in anyway if you find yourself in a position that you need to return any of our items listed.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us first, by email or phone for a VALID RETURNS NUMBER,
without this, we will be unable to accept your Exchange or Return item.

Our return period is 14 days from the day of the purchase, subject to our posted terms and conditions.

Under no circumstances, will any item be accepted for exchange, regardless of reason, if you have already undergone your procedure. This is purely for medical grounds, and cross infection post-operative issues. This rule complies with distance selling regulations.

In order to ensure the items are accepted by us please be careful when trying on.

(i) Please ensure that you are not wearing any body lotion, deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent.

(ii) Try items over your own underwear.

(iii) Labels must not be removed until you are entirely happy with your purchase.

(iv) We reserve the right to refuse return of items which are not in a saleable condition.

(v) When sending goods back it is recommended to use recorded delivery. Please contact us first by email for a valid return number. We are unable to accept returns without this.

(vi) We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. No refund can be made until the returned items has been received, and under the stated conditions within the other Terms and Conditions. Please note; non-delivered items, i.e. ‘you were not at home to accept delivery’ and therefore, the item was returned automatically, due to the return policy of the delivery company (i.e. courier / royal mail) the item will be deemed as delivered, and no refund shall be considered until the item has been received back to our return address as stated on the item sent. A restocking charge of 20% will be applicable under these circumstances. In the event a ‘lost item’ is finally delivered, we shall gladly accept the item, subject to the restocking fee, and final condition of the said item. Should the buyer wish a failed-delivery item (for whatever reason) to be resent, the actual charge of resending the item will fall upon the buyer. This extra charge will need to be paid prior to resending of the said item.

(vii) Please be aware that postage & packaging charge is not refundable. You will not be charged again for delivery, if any part of the order is due to an error on our part. We do reserve the right to charge the actual cost of sending, plus packaging, rather than the set fee.

(viii) ***We also reserve the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee due to the nature of the garments, (as extra checking and tests are need prior to returning any item back into stock). Any items outside the 14 days returns period cannot be accepted. Under no circumstances, and due to the medical nature of the garments, we are unable to accept any returns, as they would be simply destroyed, and not retested for returning back into stock.

(viiii) The buyer also agrees that our terms and conditions fully supersedes any others previous posted, or of those of any third party sites. Third party sites are deemed such as ‘Payment Gateways’ and Card Issuers, i.e. SecPay, PayPal, WorldPay, Visa, MasterCard etc., and the sites which our items can be purchased from., any third party website, sale and auction sites, such as ‘our affiliates’ , eBay, Amazon, etc.,

(x) Clearance items can only be accepted back in the sole event that the item is defective. Distance selling rules do not apply to clearance items, [but all items must be supplied as described, and without defect], or any medical items which fall within specific categories. Please note, all items at this time are clearance items, and all items listed at this time fall within these specific medical categories.




VAT


VAT is included in all prices quoted in the website. For goods sent to Channel Island & Outside the EU VAT will be deducted from the quoted prices. If the system does not deduct the VAT for the Channel Islands & Outside the EU automatically, we shall adjust this before any payment is taken.

For items purchased from EU countries VAT will be charged at the UK rate of 17.5%.
There is no VAT to be added for countries not in the EU.
